Trade orders: how delivery works
We deliver on scheduled routes Monday to Friday. Check your postcode on our delivery page to see your delivery day and the cut-off (3pm on the working day before).
Once your order is agreed and, where your terms require it, paid, it is picked and loaded for your route. We invoice when it is dispatched, on the payment terms agreed with you.
Click and collect
You can collect from our warehouse at Unit 12 & 13, Baltimore Trading Estate, Perry Barr, Birmingham B42 1DR, by arrangement. Please call 0121 798 0545 first.
On delivery
Please check your goods against the delivery note while the driver is present, especially chilled and frozen items. Note any shortage or damage on the delivery note.
Trade orders: if something is wrong
Tell us within 24 hours of delivery, from the app (Report a problem) or at support@gyroscitywholesalers.co.uk or 0121 798 0545, with your order number and photographs.
Where goods are damaged, faulty or not what you ordered we will replace them or credit your account after checking. Because food is perishable we cannot accept returns of goods that are as ordered and undamaged, or of chilled or frozen goods that were not stored correctly after delivery.
Trade orders: changes and cancellations
Contact us as soon as possible to change or cancel an order. Changes before the cut-off for your delivery day are free; after that, goods may already be picked and we will do our best to help.
App shop orders (consumers)
Delivery method, charge and expected time are shown before you pay. Our Consumer terms explain your 14-day cancellation right (which does not cover perishable or unsealed food), your rights if goods are faulty, and how refunds work.
